Client Testimonials
“Despite using basic therapy to help me calm down my anxiety, I still didn't know were I was going. Rob’s coaching has really done wonders for my fear of the future. He just knows what questions to ask at the right time to find my way over the next hurdle. I now have bigger dreams and goals than I could have ever imagined without his coaching.”
—Todd, 53
“Working with Rob has been transformative. His empathetic listening and thoughtful guidance have helped me navigate deeply personal challenges with clarity and confidence. Through our sessions, I’ve developed a stronger sense of self-love and acceptance, enabling me to show up more authentically in every area of my life. This journey hasn’t been easy, but Rob's ability to create a safe and affirming space has been truly invaluable. I genuinely look forward to every coaching session with him!”
—Leonard, 45
“I’ve never had a life coach and didn’t really know what to expect, but from the very beginning with my first session, Rob was exceptionally insightful and guided me into things that I had never thought about. He changed my life, and I am so grateful for the invaluable exploration of myself that I have gained through my time with him. I love the energy that he brings, and he keeps track of our conversation so attentively.
In every session since then, there are new experiences or updates that we discuss, and then I get to go out and put these things to good use in the real world… and the work! I feel as though I have less anxiety, more clarity, more direction, and I’m now goal-focused. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Rob as a life coach to anyone looking to change their life for the better. I promise, you won’t be disappointed.”
—Austin, 60s
“Rob's coaching transformed my journey of self-acceptance. As a Master's student from India exploring my bisexuality, I found a guiding light in Rob’s coaching. His podcast, "Two Bi Guys" initially drew me in, but his coaching sessions truly made a profound impact. Rob’s approach is marked by empathy, wonderful questions, keen observations, and the ability to create a safe, comfortable space for self-discovery at your own pace. The insights I gained about myself were transformative, especially in dealing with my anxieties around bisexuality and relationships. If you're feeling stuck, whether personally or professionally, I highly recommend a session with Rob—it might just be the breakthrough you need.”

About My Coaching Practice
Do you feel “stuck” in any area of your life? Are you struggling to bring authenticity to your work, your relationships, or your social life? Would you benefit from an accountability partner to achieve your goals?
If you’d like to move forward and transform your life, I can help. I specialize in helping queer people (and especially Bi+/fluid men) live authentically, proudly, and without shame, but no matter your identity or current challenges, I will use my curiosity and coaching skills to partner with you and achieve your goals.
I completed my coach training at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and I am now a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I also have years of experience as a queer activist, speaker, and support group facilitator. I offer individual coaching sessions as well as group sessions and workshops to help you work through whatever is blocking you and live as your most authentic self.
Coming out as bisexual completely transformed my life and taught me about the power of authenticity and self-acceptance. For over thirty years, nothing was scarier in my mind than confronting this aspect of myself — but once I pushed through, I immediately felt the benefits of living without shame. I also realized the toll that my avoidance was taking on my mental health, and I began to apply that wisdom to other areas of my life. The work I did to come out changed my overall energy level and affected how I showed up with friends, family, partners, colleagues, and even strangers. I learned to live on MY terms, holding onto what I believe — not following other people’s rules or norms.
